Бойфренд [ ]
Бойфренд – это главный герой Friday Night Funkin’. Он находится на миссии получить одобрение на свидание с Гёрлфренд, но для этого он должен спеть против её злого Отца, бывшей рок-звезды, а также многих других персонажей, которые стоят на его пути.
Гёрлфренд [ ]
Гёрфренд – это любовный интерес Бойфренда и дочь Прекрасного Папочки и Прекрасной Мамочки.
Обычно она сидит на колонках, покачивая головой в такт музыке, и подбадривает Парня. Во время Туториала она учит игроков играть и отслеживает комбо на протяжении всей игры.

Прекрасный Папочка [ ]
Дорогой Папочка (англ. Daddy Dearest) – это отец Гёрфренд, муж Прекрасной Мамочки и антагонист 1-й и 5-й недель. Он – бывшая рок-звезда, и Парню надо заслужить его доверие, чтобы встречаться с его дочерью. Его треки: Bopeebo, Fresh и DadBattle из 1 недели. А также разделяет треки Cocoa и Eggnog из 5 недели со своей женой.
Скид и Памп [ ]
Скид и Памп (англ. Skid and Pump) или Костяшка и Тыковка – это антагонисты из игры Friday Night Funkin’, а также главные персонажи серии анимаций от Sr. Pelo Spooky Month. Появляются во 2 неделе. Их треки — Spookeez и South.
Пико [ ]
Пико (англ. Pico) – это антагонист Недели 3, а также протагонист игры Pico’s School. Прекрасный Папочка нанял его, чтобы тот убил Бойфренда, чего он в итоге и не делает. Он появляется на Неделе 7 на треке Stress. Его треки – Pico, Philly и Blammed.

Дорогая Мамочка (англ. Mommy Mearest) – это мать Гёрлфренд и жена Прекрасного Папочки. Она является главным антагонистом Недели 4 и одним из антагонистов Недели 5. Её треки – Satin Panties, High и M.I.L.F, а также она разделяет треки Cocoa и Eggnog с Дорогим Папочкой.

Сенпай [ ]
Сенпай (англ. Senpai) – это антагонист 6 недели, которую он разделяет с Духом. Его треки – Senpai и Roses. Трек Thorns принадлежит Духу.

Дух (англ. Spirit) – вторичный антагонист 6 недели. Он насильно берёт на себя роль Сенпая в финальном треке Thorns.

Танкист (англ. Tankman) – основной антагонист Недели 7. Его треки – Ugh, Guns и Stress. Он был анонсирован вместе с Пико и Кассетной Девушкой как играбельный персонаж 15 ноября 2020 г. Он был добавлен в игру с выходом Недели 7 18 апреля 2021 года. Он третий приглашенный персонаж, представленный в Friday Night Funkin’.
Монстр [ ]
Монстр (англ. Monster) или Лемон Демон (англ. Lemon Demon) – антагонист, который появляется во 2 неделе и в 5 неделе. Его треки — Winter Horrorland и Monster. Он хочет съесть Гёрлфренд, но многие считают его главным антагонистом игры

| Girlfriend is the love of Boyfriend’s life. Her partner is certainly determined to spend the rest of his life with her. The problem? Her father won’t allow it! |
| Daddy Dearest is the rather intimidating, ex-rockstar father of Girlfriend, and he doesn’t approve of his daughter’s latest partner! Boyfriend will have to give everything he’s got to win his approval! |
| Skid and Pump are the stars of Sr Pelo’s Spooky Month series, and there’s never a dull moment when they’re around. Despite their childish appearances, they’re tough opponents, so don’t let your guard down! |
| Not much is known about Monster, but if one thing’s for sure, he has a particular interest in the taste of human flesh. and singing about it? Yikes! |
| Pico is the hotheaded redhead of Tom Fulp’s Newgrounds classic Pico’s School. With a canceled sequel and declining popularity, things weren’t looking too good for him, but now he’s back and he knows how to rap! |
| If you thought Girlfriend’s father was tricky, then just wait until you meet her mother! Mommy Mearest doesn’t mess around when it comes to a sing-off, and Boyfriend will have to stay sharp if he wants to gain her approval as well! |
| Captivating and charming, Senpai just has to be innocent! As a love interest in an old dating sim game, it doesn’t take long for him to take an interest in Girlfriend. Is there perhaps more to his character beneath all that programming and code? Only time will tell! |
| Whoever the person that Spirit once was has certainly met an unfortunate and cruel fate at the hands of Daddy Dearest. However, there are probably other things to worry about: like the fact that he intends to snatch your body for himself if you lose to him in rap battle! |
| Tankman, the brainchild of JohnnyUtah’s cynical mind and the driver of the ever-iconic Newgrounds tank, was bored enough to agree to a singing match (and in the middle of a war, no less). Doesn’t seem like Boyfriend has much of a choice in the matter considering Girlfriend is being held at gunpoint, so they might as well make the most out of it! |
